Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
"The guest may cancel for a full refund 72 hours after the deposit has been made, after 72 hours if the reservation is cancelled a 75% refund will be made.
If the reservation is cancelled 2 months before arrival, a 60% refund will be made.
If the reservation is cancelled one month before arrival, a 50% refund will be made.
Finally, no deposit refund will be made for whatever reason if the booking is cancelled 3 weeks before arrival."

La política de cancelación es la siguiente:
"El huésped puede cancelar para un reembolso completo 72 horas después de que se haya hecho el depósito, después de 72 horas si se cancela la reserva se hará un reembolso del 75%.
Si la reserva se cancela 2 meses antes de la llegada, se efectuará un reembolso del 60%.
Si la reserva se cancela un mes antes de la llegada, se reembolsará el 50%.
Por último, no se reembolsará el depósito por ningún motivo si la reserva se cancela 3 semanas antes de la llegada."
Cancellation Policy for Long-Term Stays
60 days before the start of the reservation a deposit of 50% of the total payment will be due.
If you cancel between 60 to 31 days before the start of your reservation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel the reservation 30 days or later, there will be no refund for whatever reason.
If the deposit is not paid 58 days before the start of the reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
The remaining 50% of the total payment is due on or before the day of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy for Long-Term Stays
60 días antes del inicio de la reserva deberá abonarse un depósito del 50% del pago total.
Si cancela entre 60 y 31 días antes del inicio de la reserva, se reembolsará el 50% del depósito.
Si cancela la reserva 30 días o más tarde, no habrá reembolso por ningún motivo.
Si no se abona el depósito 58 días antes del inicio de la reserva, ésta se cancelará automáticamente.
El 50% restante del pago total deberá abonarse el día de su llegada o antes.
